50 Cent made his way down to Toronto on September 22nd with Busta Rhymes and Jeremih for the 2nd time this year, with the first concert being back in July. It was clear from the get-go why a second concert was needed as Budweiser Stage was absolutely packed!
I gotta say this was probably one of, if not, the best concerts we’ve been to this year, and maybe that’s just me being a little bit biased since I’ve always been such a massive 50 Cent fan, not to mention a big Busta and Jeremih fan too. The energy was there from the first second all the way to the end of the show, it was amazing to see these OG’s of music doing what they do best on stage in front of an absolutely wild and sold out crowd.
Busta opened it up with his set including hits like “Break Ya Neck”, “I Know What You Want”, “Make It Clap”, and a few others. Hearing him perform part on “Look at me Now” is always amazing to see just purely how fast he delivers it, but seeing it live was something next level for myself as well as everyone else in the crowd that was losing their shit lol.
50 Cent has been on top of his game for years, and never slipped off, his set list was probably a good 20 songs, and every single one of them hits, yet again another testament to how long he’s been in the game at such a high level. He performed all of his big hits including “P.I.M.P”, “In Da Club”, “Magic Stick”, “21 Questions”, and so much more.
Jeremih performed “Down on Me” with 50 Cent, and brought out the piano for his classic “Birthday Sex” hit, along with a dancer that killed it! You can see it as part of our TikTok vids below.
An amazing night, amazing vibes, and not to mention it was the last show of the year for Budweiser Stage, and it honestly couldn’t have been a better show to close off the season.
