Chris Brown made his way down to Toronto as part of his “11:11” tour and it was exactly what you would expect from a Chris Brown show, and more. He was in Toronto this past Saturday and Sunday, two completely sold out shows at Scotiabank Arena, and we were in the house on the Saturday night to check it all out!
The show was amazing and Chris delivered a fully rounded show from the very beginning to the very end. The vocals were obviously amazing, to me Chris Brown is one of the most talented people to ever touch a mic in this industry, and he delivered song after song with the entire crowd singing along. Just as obvious – his dancing, was perfect with an amazing energy throughout the entire show. The show length itself was another testament to what an amazing show it was, coming in at just over 2 hours. You really forget just how many songs Chris Brown has, and how many of them are absolute hits. He can’t even perform all the songs he has in one show, and he actually had a fun little AI “game” at the end that the audience, myself included, loved. It was basically a bunch of his older hit songs listed up on a huge screen, and then the AI would go through each song at random and eventually landed on just one, and that’s the song that he would perform. He did this about 4 times, one of the songs being “Gimme That” which I was thrilled about because it’s one of my fav Chris Brown songs of all time!
All-in-all if you’re a fan of Chris Brown then going to one of his concerts is an absolute must, you’ll have the time of your life singing along to all the new and old hits and you’ll enjoy every second of the performance he gives!
