The legendary and iconic Ms. Lauryn Hill & The Fugees were at Scotiabank Arena this past Thursday as part of their Toronto stop for the “Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” Anniversary tour, celebrating 25 years since the iconic album was released.
We were super lucky to be able to catch her showcasing the massive amount of talent she has in rapping and singing, because just a few days after the Toronto show, Lauryn was forced to postpone other stops due to some nagging vocal issues. So I’m definitely glad I got to see her when I did, and not to mention you couldn’t even tell she had any issues cause she was on point as always!
She sang all of her biggest hits like “Everything is Everything”, “That Thing”, and others. Wyclef came and joined her on stage as part of the Fugees and they performed “Killing Me Softly”, “Ready or Not”, “Fu-Gee-La”, and a few other big hits! An amazing night of some absolute classics, Scotiabank Arena was sold out and singing along to everything!
